A) What is your risk tolerance level from 0-5 (0 being chicken shit and 5 being fearless)
B) How much do you understand about Bitcoin from 1-5 (1 being who is Satoshi Nakamoto and 5 being I’ve watched every Antonopolous video there is)
Multiply A X B and then multiply that number by your salary minus your debt.
When you get your answer, divide it by 1000 and that is HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD INVEST in BITCOIN each year! It’s how each one of my family members invest
So if you make $100,000 a year, have a high tolerance for risk (5), and understand Bitcoin like a freakin genius (5) then you would invest $2,500 per year on Bitcoin:
Formula: RT X BK X S / 10K
5 x 5 x $100,000 = $2.5M/1,000 = $2500 / year
If you made 100,000 per year and had a low risk tolerance (3) and didn’t understand Bitcoin at all (1), it would look something like this:
Formula: RT X BK X S / 10K
3 x 1 x $100,000 = $300,000M/1,000 = $300 / year
